Former Top-10 RB Recruit, Now a Low-Volume, High-Talent Sun Devil Story
Tevin White entered Arizona State as a consensus four-star back and was ranked as high as the No. 7–12 running back nationally in the 2022 cycle, but his college production has been modest, with 25 career carries for 90 yards and 2 catches for 12 yards across the 2022 and 2023 seasons. His appeal has always been more about recruiting pedigree, versatility, and upside than box-score volume. The bigger context: reports in 2024 indicated he was stepping away from football and remaining at ASU as a student, after injuries and limited output slowed his path.
