Alabama State’s all-time QB gold standard with a legacy still echoing
Kennedy is the kind of Alabama State quarterback whose name still gets said with a grin: he owns the school’s all-time passing mark (11,753 yards) and total offense record (12,888 yards), plus 102 career touchdown passes, and he piled up 33 TDs in both the 2000 and 2001 seasons. His differentiator wasn’t just volume — it was big-game production, first-team All-SWAC honors, and Offensive Player of the Year recognition, which signals a QB who could carry an offense when the lights were brightest. If your team values a proven field general with serious résumé juice, he’s the blueprint.
