SWAC's Block Machine with Elite Rim Protection
Kailyn Gideon, a towering center for Grambling State Lady Tigers from Pasadena, CA, dominated as the **SWAC leader in blocked shots at 2.4 bpg** during the 2018 season, showcasing her **exceptional length, timing, and shot-altering intensity** that intimidates drivers and clogs the paint.[3] Her efficient 53.1% FG and steady rebounding (2.6 rpg in 2019-20) highlight a blue-collar hustle player who thrives in physical SWAC battles, even if scoring is modest at 1.8 ppg.[1][4] No major injury flags; her rim protection makes her a **plug-and-play fit for teams needing defensive anchors**—care because she turns weak interiors into strengths overnight.
