Malia Bambrick is Long Beach State’s steady shot-making guard with veteran poise
Bambrick brings a proven scoring touch and dependable perimeter shooting to Long Beach State; in her 2021-22 season at Pepperdine, she averaged 10.0 points per game, led the team in three-pointers made (33) and three-point percentage (.330), and logged heavy minutes, then opened her Beach run with a reputation as a steady, competitive transfer who can hit timely shots and stabilize an offense[1][2][6]. Her value goes beyond box-score pops: she’s a seasoned 5-10 guard, a 1,000-point scorer in college, and the kind of experienced wing who can fit a team that needs spacing, toughness, and reliable decision-making[1][6].
