Sacramento State LB Calvin Robinson: Compact Powerhouse with Proven Tackling Pedigree
Calvin Robinson, a 6-0 linebacker for the Sacramento State Hornets from the 2006 roster, stands out with his undersized but explosive build—echoing a high school counterpart's 5'4", 150lb frame that posted 2.3 tackles per game, 10 solo tackles, 1 sack, and 1 caused fumble in the 2023-24 season while ranking top-52 in Division 6A. His 4.5-second 40-yard dash and 305lb squat highlight elite speed and strength for his size, making him a relentless, high-motor defender perfect for teams needing versatile, gap-shooting LBs who thrive on intensity over stature—no known injury concerns, just pure differentiator grit.
