Steve McLendon is a veteran 6-foot-3, 290-pound interior force for Troy
A senior defensive lineman from Ozark, Alabama, Steve McLendon brings pro-style size, leverage, and a rugged run-stopping presence to Troy’s front. His profile stands out less for flashy stats and more for dependable trench work: he’s built to eat blocks, compress gaps, and set a physical tone—exactly the kind of “glue guy” defensive staffs love. At 6-3 and 290, he has the frame to anchor inside, and as an older upperclassman, he adds maturity and steadiness to the rotation.
