Caleb Clear brings length and experience to Navy’s secondary
Caleb Clear is a 6-foot-1 Navy cornerback who entered the 2026 season second on the depth chart after starting 3 games as a junior, giving the Midshipmen a tested, physical option on the edge[1]. His profile suggests a classic Navy fit: long, tough, and assignment-sound rather than flashy, with enough game experience to handle meaningful snaps when called upon[1][7]. If a team wants a disciplined, veteran defender who can compete in a structured scheme, Clear checks the “reliable and ready” box.
