Pitt's Lithuanian Sniper Turned Euro Pro Legend
Donatas Zavackas, a 6'8" forward for the Pittsburgh Panthers graduating in 2003, stood out with his deadly outside shooting and versatile scoring as a Lithuanian import, blending physicality (114 kg frame) with finesse to torment Big East defenses. His high basketball IQ and relentless intensity made him a reliable clutch performer, though no major injuries marred his college run. A prototypical 'stretch four' differentiator, he's an ideal fit for NBA teams craving international-ready wings—post-Pitt, he thrived in elite Euro leagues like with Neptunas (2015-16), proving his pro ceiling.
