CSU’s glass-eating forward with a rebounding legacy
Paul Gombwer was a rugged Charleston Southern forward whose calling card was rebounding and physical interior play: he finished his career with 775 rebounds, ranking 5th in CSU history and 17th in Big South history, and he posted season rebounding rates as high as 8.7 per game in 2020-21 team materials and 5.8 per game in 2012-13 stats.
