Bona’s bruising, efficient frontcourt weapon
In his St. Bonaventure career, Dion Wright stood out as a high-efficiency forward who kept getting better, peaking in 2015-16 at 16.7 points and 9.1 rebounds per game while shooting 50.0% from the field and 79.5% from the line.[5] At 6-7 and 220 pounds, he brought the kind of physical, inside-out production coaches love: strong rebounding, efficient scoring, and enough perimeter touch to stretch defenses a bit.[1][5] He was also a true volume minute-eater and program anchor, finishing with 1,263 career points in the Bonnies’ record book.[9]
