Rising FDU Pitcher with Elite High School Pedigree and Knockout Intensity
Addison Makowski, a 5'8" right-handed pitcher for the Fairleigh Dickinson Knights, stands out not just for her high school dominance (2024 NYS Class D Player of the Year, top 18 nationally in one stat) but for her relentless intensity and competitive fire that transcends raw stats. Though her 21-inning high school campaign showed 37 hits and 10 strikeouts, her differentiator is her mental toughness and ability to elevate team performance—leading FDU to a 17-26 overall record in her freshman NEC season. With no current college stats yet, her injury-free history, charismatic leadership, and proven adaptability make her a prime fit for teams seeking a pitcher who brings both skill and soul. You should care because she’s a data-driven talent with a personality that turns games into battles.
