Underrated, physical TE climbing into SDSU’s rotation
Kime Fangupo is an intriguing San Diego State tight end because he brings true multi-purpose toughness: at Snow College in the 2025 season, he logged five catches for 30 yards, one rushing attempt for 17 yards and a touchdown, plus eight tackles and a tackle for loss on defense. SDSU’s 2026 camp coverage says he has already made an impression as a physical option in a tight-end room competing for bigger passing-game roles. At 6-foot-5 and 247 pounds, he looks like a fit for a team that values blocking, versatility, and edge-level grit.
