Graduate Infield Powerhouse with Elite Hand Speed and MVP Intensity
Richard Beggy, a 6'0", 193-lb graduate infielder for Saint Joseph's, is a data-driven standout in the 2026 season with a .298 average, 7 HR, and 67 RBI, but his true differentiator is his 25.6 hand speed and former team MVP intensity from NYU. Known for his relentless drive and Anderson Monarchs travel team grit, Beggy delivers clutch hits like his single to score Kelsey in the Richmond opener, showcasing an intensity level that transcends stats. His personality traits of resilience and competitive fire make him a perfect fit for any team seeking a high-intensity, graduate-level leader who elevates play under pressure.
