a proven scoring guard with Boise State pedigree, but not a current Lamar Cardinals rostered player
I couldn’t verify a current Lamar Cardinals basketball player named Ron Austin from the available sources; the strongest matches are a former Boise State standout and coach, including a four-year letterwinner who finished with 1,251 career points and 155 three-pointers, plus a single-season scoring mark of 24.5 points per game. That profile describes a high-volume, explosive perimeter scorer with shot-making value, but it does not support a current performance read for Lamar. If you meant a different Ron Austin, I’d want the exact school or season to judge fit, strengths, and current impact accurately.
