Braden Thelander is a deep-bench, developmental arm with a strong family baseball pedigree
In the 2026 season, Braden Thelander logged limited varsity action at Utah Tech and, by season’s end, had one appearance and 0.1 innings with one strikeout in cumulative team stats, while the program’s roster lists him as a redshirt freshman right-handed pitcher. His biggest differentiators are upside and context: a baseball family background, a 2025 redshirt season, and a profile that suggests a projectable arm rather than an instant-impact stat line. If you want a low-ego, developmental pitcher who fits a build-and-grow staff, he’s a name to monitor.
