Anthony Wilcox brings Arizona a depth safety with special-teams value
Wilcox is listed by Arizona as a safety and was projected to contend for a starting role while also contributing on special teams, which makes him valuable if you need a versatile, assignment-sound defensive back rather than a headline-grabbing stat machine.[5] ESPN’s player profile confirms his Wildcats safety status, but the available public results do not provide recent game-by-game production, so the clearest takeaway is role-based: a roster fit for teams that prize depth, coverage flexibility, and willingness to do the dirty work.[2][5]
