Velinda Vuncannon is a guard worth watching because the profile that surfaces in available reporting points to a floor-general type who can both score and create for others, highlighted by a championship-game MVP line of 17 points and 13 assists in North Carolina high-school play.[2] That combination suggests a player who can organize an offense, make teammates better, and deliver in high-pressure moments—traits that matter if you want a guard with poise and table-setting instincts rather than just raw stats.[2]
