Tony Gyimah Jr. brings run-stuffing grit and proven disruption to Georgetown’s front
Tony Gyimah Jr. has been a steady, physical presence on Georgetown’s defensive line, with his 2021 season showing real impact: 21 tackles, 1.0 sack, 1.0 tackle for loss, two quarterback hits, and an eight-tackle, forced-fumble breakout against Lehigh. Georgetown has described him as a versatile defender who can help against the run and also rush the passer, which is exactly the kind of two-way edge coaches love in a DL. If you want a high-motor interior defender with experience and a nastier-than-the-box-score reputation, he’s a legit fit.
