Josh Bushen brings a polished left-handed bat and multi-sport athleticism to Canisius
Bushen enters Canisius as a freshman outfielder from Oakville, Ontario, with a strong athletic base, left-handed bat, and a background that includes being a CPBL All-Star in 2024 and a high-school team MVP. He was described in prep evaluations as a medium-athletic build with good present strength, and earlier reports noted pop times in the 2.02-2.15 range and a 73 mph arm, hinting at above-average baseball instincts and versatility. He looks like a fit for a team that values upside, competitiveness, and position flexibility.
