Grant Thorne brings reliable RB efficiency and hands out of the backfield
Grant Thorne profiles as a steady Nicholls running back with efficient career production and real receiving value, posting 136 rushing yards on 29 carries with 7 catches for 75 yards and 2 receiving TDs in 2007 after 239 rushing yards and 65 receiving yards in 2006.[1] His differentiator is versatility: he can function as a runner and a checkdown option, and the zero fumbles in the cited seasons suggest dependable ball security.[1] For a team, he fits best as a balanced, low-drama back who can help on passing downs and keep drives on schedule.[1]
