Kamari Pleasant brings veteran power to Washington’s backfield
Kamari Pleasant is a seasoned Washington tailback who has flashed efficient production before, including in the 2021 season when he rushed for 308 yards on 57 carries and scored 2 touchdowns, and his career totals show 720 rushing yards and 7 rushing TDs at Washington. His calling card is compact power with enough burst to hit a crease, plus reliable utility value as a veteran who has stuck around the program through multiple backfield cycles. At this point, he looks more like a useful situational piece than a feature back, but his experience and physical style make him a solid fit if a team wants toughness and depth.
