In the 2025-26 season, Akok Machar emerged as a high-impact senior for Alaska Anchorage, starting every game and giving the Seawolves a long, versatile 6-7 guard who can score, rebound, defend, and make winning plays. He’s been especially valuable as an all-around threat: UAA sources note he paces the GNAC in free-throw percentage, ranks among the league’s better steal and block producers, and has already posted a career-high 22 points this season. If you want size, defensive activity, and a glue-guy competitor with upside beyond the box score, he’s a strong fit.
