Stone McDonald brings reliable depth and special-teams grit to Lafayette’s secondary
In the 2023 season, Lafayette DB Stone McDonald appeared in seven games, logged 11 tackles, and showed dependable value on defense and special teams, including four tackles against Duke and Holy Cross[1]. His profile points to a physical, assignment-sound defender who can help a roster with toughness, versatility, and low-drama consistency—exactly the kind of player coaches love when they need a steady hand in the back end[1].
