Montana State safety with fit-for-purpose toughness and upside
Brett Irigoin is a Montana State safety whose value is less about flash and more about reliability, physicality, and coachable range in the secondary. I couldn’t verify current season stat leaders from the provided results, so the best read is that his appeal is as a disciplined, team-first defensive back who fits a hard-nosed Bobcats identity and can raise a defense’s consistency on the back end. If you need a safety who brings intensity, accountability, and room to grow in a structured system, he looks like a sensible fit.
