Former Georgia Star Now Winding Down NFL Career with Houston
Once a dynamic Georgia Bulldog, Chubb is now 30 years old and in decline with the Houston Texans. In the 2025 NFL season, he rushed for just 506 yards on 122 carries (4.1 YPA) with 3 TDs, ranking 43rd among qualified running backs. While he still demonstrates power—forcing 25 missed tackles and averaging 2.7 yards after contact—his overall PFF grade of 70.5 ranked only 33rd among backs. Limited red zone opportunities (9 carries inside the 5-yard line) further constrain his fantasy and real-world impact. Best suited for teams seeking a complementary, veteran back rather than a featured option.
