Justin Hathoot remains NAU’s steady special-teams veteran at long snapper
Justin Hathoot is a veteran, high-trust long snapper for Northern Arizona whose value comes from consistency, experience, and reliability in the hidden mechanics of special teams. NAU has described him as an “unsung hero” and the veteran of the unit, which matters because long snapping is a role where precision and calm under pressure often outweigh box-score stats. For a team, he profiles as a dependable depth/competition piece who brings continuity, maturity, and special-teams stability rather than flashy numbers.
