Compact Powerhouse RB with Proven Burst for Central Arkansas Bears
Trysten Smith, the 5-9, 203-pound dynamo from Duncanville, TX, showcased his elusiveness and vision with 96 carries for 410 yards and 1 TD at 4.3 YPC in the 2022 season for the Central Arkansas Bears—his most recent tracked FBS-level stats—highlighting a low-pad-level runner who excels in short-yardage and thrives on contact. A 247Sports 3-star (No. 115 RB nationally in 2020 class), his stocky build and Texas-bred intensity make him a differentiator for teams needing a tough, chain-moving back; no major injury flags, but watch for depth chart battles post-2023 at lower levels.
