Gutsy UNCW floor general who could take over late
Chad Tomko is a **steady, competitive guard** who has already proven he can carry UNCW in big moments, including a 22-point effort while battling a gimpy ankle and a senior résumé built on clutch scoring and playmaking. He finished his UNCW career with **1,153 points** and ranked **10th all-time in scoring**, while also being trusted to lead the team in assists in 22 games, signaling a true on-court organizer[2]. His value is the combination of toughness, free-throw savvy, and willingness to fight through injury—traits that make him a reliable fit for a coach who wants a guard with edge, poise, and a high basketball IQ[1][2].
