Ian Skinner gives Southern Illinois a developmental WR with room to rise
Ian Skinner is a Southern Illinois wideout worth tracking because he appears to be part of a deeper Salukis receiver room that leaned on multiple productive targets in the 2025 season, which suggests he has to earn snaps in a competitive offense[3][5][10]. The most useful context here is that Southern Illinois’ passing game was already efficient in 2025, so a receiver who can separate, play confidently, and add reliability after the catch can matter even without headline-grabbing volume[7].
