steady Albany guard with veteran grit and playmaking touch
Amira Ford is a familiar-name Albany guard whose game reads like a classic glue-piece: poised, defense-minded, and willing to do the little things that keep a team humming. The available roster and game logs show her as a former Great Danes contributor with enough basketball IQ to trigger offense and make timely plays, but not as a high-volume scorer, so her value is more about stability, decision-making, and team fit than headline stats. If a roster needs a low-drama, high-accountability guard who can organize, compete, and keep possessions clean, Ford makes sense.
