J.D. Moore Brings Veteran Fullback Value and Elite Academics to LSU
J.D. Moore is a steady, veteran LSU fullback whose value comes from versatility, reliability, and football IQ rather than headline-grabbing stats. In his career, he has contributed as a blocker and receiver, including scoring touchdowns and appearing in major games for a Tigers team that went 34-15 across his four seasons. He also stands out off the field, earning LSU’s University Medal with a 4.0 GPA in architecture and first-team Academic All-America honors. For a team, he profiles as a high-character, low-mistake fit who can elevate the run game and culture.
