freshman WR with upside, but still an early-stage evaluation
E'Mare Hogan is a freshman wide receiver at Southern Illinois whose profile is still mostly about projection: he has appeared in only four games and recorded one 7-yard rush, while the roster lists him as a former two-star prospect. [1] The main reason to care is his development curve—SIU clearly saw enough in his athletic profile to bring him in, but there is not yet enough game production to call him a proven target or immediate impact player. [1] He looks like a fit for a team willing to invest in a young receiver with room to grow rather than expecting instant production. [1]
