Albany DB with a chance to earn snaps in a defense that needs reliable back-end play
Tyler Carswell is a UAlbany defensive back to watch because the position rewards range, tackling, and discipline, especially in a program that has recently been giving up points to opponents like New Hampshire. With the available sources limited, there is no verified public stat profile here to lean on, so the best current read is that his value will come from how well he holds up in coverage, supports the run, and fits into the Great Danes’ defensive rotation; if you want a DB who can contribute through steady, assignment-sound play, he is worth monitoring.
