a 6'7" wing with proven scoring pop and rebounding juice
Akec is a high-upside forward whose game travels well because he can score efficiently, stretch the floor, and rebound above his position; in the 2025 BAL, he averaged a conference-high 19.7 points while also leading the league in three-point shooting at 73% and posting the top efficiency rating through the first three games.[6] Earlier BAL and international run data show he can fill the box score as a multi-category contributor, and his three-star prep pedigree plus 19.3 points and 9.9 rebounds per game as a senior point to a long-time track record of production.[15][5] If you want a versatile, confident wing who can punish mismatches and bring energy, he is the kind of fit coaches notice fast.[11][13]
