Raider Damuni brings BYU a physical, dependable safety with playmaking upside
Damuni is a tough, assignment-sound BYU safety who has steadily produced across three seasons, including 70 career tackles, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, and 1 interception through 2025. His current profile stands out for range and reliability—EA Sports grades him with strong speed, acceleration, pursuit, hit power, and tackling traits, while local coverage has called him an “eraser” in the secondary. He looks like a fit for teams that value physicality, consistency, and a defender who can clean up mistakes behind the front seven.
