Brandon Walker brings disruptive defensive-line upside to Southern Illinois
Brandon Walker is the kind of DL piece who can matter even when the stat sheet stays modest: a college-football prospect listed by NFL scouting pages and part of a Saluki defense that has shown real competence in 2026, allowing 109.0 passing yards per game while sitting 45th nationally overall. That context suggests he fits best as a physical, scheme-friendly front-line add who can help set the tone with effort and toughness rather than just gaudy numbers. If you want a defender with pro-style intrigue and room to climb, he’s worth a look.
