Emerging WR Threat for Winston-Salem State Rams
Mike Scarbrough, a dynamic wide receiver for the Winston-Salem State Rams in the CIAA, stands out with his explosive speed and reliable hands, making him a prime target in the red zone; his high-motor playstyle and ability to stretch the field vertically differentiate him from typical Division II receivers, drawing scout buzz for potential transfer portal moves despite no major injury concerns. With consistent production in limited 2025 snaps, he's a high-upside fit for teams needing a vertical threat and locker-room intensity.
