Western Carolina’s LB with disruptive, playmaking upside
Tahjai Watt stands out as a linebacker worth watching because his value profile is the kind coaches love: physical run support, downhill urgency, and the potential to create momentum-changing plays rather than just rack up clean-up tackles. I could not verify reliable, current public stat detail for his 2026 Western Carolina performance from the provided sources, so the best read is that he projects as a fit for a defense that wants active, aggressive LB play with edge and intensity. If you need a tone-setter who can raise the contact level, he’s a name to know.
