Richmond’s All-America DE with proven production and playmaking pedigree
Jonathan Wilfong was a standout defensive end for Richmond, earning 2001 Sports Network I-AA All-America Second Team honors, which signals high-end production and national recognition rather than empty hype. The key differentiator is that he was already performing at an elite level on a respected FCS stage, suggesting strong pass-rush value, leverage, and game-impacting consistency. He’s the kind of defender who should matter to any team looking for toughness, effort, and a proven résumé against college competition.
