Isaiah Nelson is a physical, production-backed playmaker for Eastern Illinois
Nelson profiles as a versatile wideout with proven all-purpose production and a compact, tough-running style that can fit an offense looking for yards after the catch and reliable physicality; in 2022 at Tomball Memorial, he logged 88 carries for 470 rushing yards, added 145 receiving yards on 10 catches, and scored four total touchdowns, suggesting genuine multi-use value rather than a one-dimensional target[2]. Eastern Illinois lists him on its football roster, but the available sources do not provide current college-game stats, rankings, or injury details for a deeper 2026 performance readout[3].
