Ashton Leggett brings proven big-play production and workhorse toughness to Illinois State's backfield
Leggett is a physical, high-volume runner who has already shown he can carry an offense, including a 1,031-yard, 11-touchdown season at Illinois State and multiple 100-yard performances. His calling card is straightforward: downhill power, consistency, and enough burst to finish drives, plus the kind of production profile that suggests he can handle meaningful snaps. For a team that values reliable between-the-tackles punch and proven scoring ability, he looks like a strong fit.
