Noah Hickcox brings veteran size and steady production to Illinois State’s defensive front
Noah Hickcox is a big, experienced Illinois State defensive lineman who already logged 28 tackles and 2.0 tackles for loss in 11 games with five starts in the 2022 season, giving the Redbirds a proven interior presence with starting experience.[6] At 6-foot-4 and 315 pounds, he brings the kind of length and power that can hold gaps and eat blocks, while his transfer background and multi-year college career suggest maturity and adaptability rather than a developmental flyer.[2][4][8] If you want a DL who can help stabilize the run defense and bring veteran ballast, Hickcox is worth the look.[6][7]
