Brown DB Russell Darrow brings captain-level leadership and all-conference prep pedigree
Russell Darrow is listed as a Brown Bears defensive back and was a four-year football letterman at Arrowhead High School, where he served as team captain as a senior and earned 2nd Team All-Conference honors[5]. That background points to a player whose differentiators are leadership, consistency, and coachability rather than flashy stat production, which can matter a lot in a DB room. Based on the available roster info, he profiles as a depth-and-development fit: someone who may be useful if your team values reliability, competitive toughness, and a strong football foundation[5][6].
