LaDarrius Verge brings Tennessee Tech interior size and early-career upside
In the 2026 season, Tennessee Tech lists LaDarrius Verge as a 6-foot-3, 265-pound sophomore defensive lineman, which gives him the frame you want in the middle of a defense: big enough to eat space, strong enough to anchor, and still young enough to keep climbing.[1] His profile suggests a classic DT differentiator rather than a stat-sheet stuffer—length, mass, and developmental upside—while his background as a Riverdale product signals local toughness and familiarity with physical football.[1][2] If you need an inside defender with room to grow into a disruptive run-stopper, Verge is the kind of prospect worth tracking.
