Destini Hughes brings two-way guard instincts and proven high-upside scoring touch
Destini Hughes is a guard to watch because her value goes beyond box-score basics: LSU lists her as a 2025-26 roster player, and her prior high-school track record points to a combo of scoring ability, physicality, and defensive activity that can translate to a disruptive backcourt role. Her differentiators are toughness, shot-making flashes, and the kind of all-around competitiveness coaches like in a guard who can impact pace and pressure both ends. If you want a player who can compete hard and give you versatility, she profiles as a strong fit.
