Wes Bautovich brings size and versatility to Texas A&M's defensive backfield
Wes Bautovich is a long, physical defensive back at 6-2, 210 who gives Texas A&M a bigger-bodied option in the secondary, and his value shows up in multi-purpose contributions rather than flashy box-score stats. Texas A&M’s 2024 bowl notes credit him with an interception, which reinforces that he can make timely plays when the ball finds him. His profile suggests a tough, assignment-sound fit for a defense that wants length, contact balance, and reliability from its DBs, especially if you value players who help in multiple phases and bring a steady, no-nonsense edge.
