veteran PVAMU back with proven burst and touchdown pop
Jovante Ham brings a seasoned, compact-runner profile to Prairie View A&M: in the 2016 season, he logged 17 carries for 67 rushing yards and 4 receptions for 63 receiving yards, and he also found the end zone against Mississippi Valley State that year. His value is less about gaudy volume and more about reliability, versatility, and a history of making efficient plays when called upon. That makes him a useful fit for a team needing a steady, experienced back who can contribute in space and handle complementary touches without losing his edge.
