MEAC Defensive Standout with Elite Intensity and Game-Changing DB Skills
Davon Moore, Delaware State's redshirt senior DB (5-11, 205 lbs), is a data-driven defensive force who led the Hornets in 2012 with 50 tackles and earned MEAC Defensive Player-of-the-Week honors after a game with 8 tackles, 2 INTs, and a forced fumble. His differentiators include unmatched intensity, a fearless tackling style, and the ability to read quarterbacks instantly—traits that make him a top fit for teams needing a high-intensity, playmaking DB. Though his stats are from the 2012 season, his reputation as a MEAC leader and HBCU National Defensive Back-of-the-Week underscores his reliability and competitive fire. No major injury history is recorded, and his personality is described as driven and team-focused. If you need a DB who brings intensity, coverage savvy, and turnover creation, Moore is a proven fit.
