LIU’s Olaniyi Beckles brings size, but production remains limited
Olaniyi Beckles is a 6-foot-8 center/forward for LIU, and the available stat profile shows a low-usage frontcourt player rather than a featured scorer: in the 2024-25 season, he averaged 1.4 points and 1.3 rebounds per game with LIU. His value is mostly tied to size and interior depth, which can matter in a physical league, but there’s no evidence here of high-end production, shot creation, or major statistical impact yet. If you need a developmental big who can provide length, he’s a fit; if you need immediate frontcourt punch, the numbers say “not quite yet.”
