versatile, physical defender with real impact
Fuqua profiles as a **high-motor, multi-use defensive back** who produced in 2023 with **87 tackles, 6 tackles for loss, 6 quarterback hurries, 1 interception, and 1 forced fumble** in 13 games for Jacksonville State. He stands out for his size-at-6-3, 220-and his willingness to play downhill, which shows up in run support and disruptive backfield production rather than just coverage stats. If you want a defender who brings toughness, active hands, and steady tackling volume, he looks like a strong fit for a physical secondary.
